Digital Products

Altadot currently offers only one-time digital product purchases. We do not offer subscription services or recurring billing at this time.

Since all our digital products are sold as individual purchases with immediate delivery, there are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel.

If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed and delivered:

Include your order confirmation number
Orders are typically processed within minutes, so contact us as soon as possible

If we introduce subscription services in the future, we will provide clear cancellation terms and an easy cancellation process at that time.
